Prominent French Bank Needs the Right Team to Improve its Internal Business Processes Quickly

Client turns to Hudson to leverage its scalable and flexible RPO team.

Challenge

A prominent French banking group wanted to streamline is middle and back office operations and recognised the need for better business processes, cost control and shared best practices. Its HR leaders knew they needed the right operational experts to achieve these goals. However, the client faced a very tight talent market, as many operational management roles had been filled in the market within recent months.

Solution

The client called upon Hudson for its expertise in outsourcing solutions to fill multiple roles quickly. We mobilised a dedicated project team consisting of a banking expert and an organisational expert as well as two senior researchers and an assistant. The team went to work in sourcing talent with announcements, extensive web searches, networking and the evaluation and screening of candidates.

Results

Over six months, the team identified more than 220 target candidates. After an initial screening, we met with 40 candidates, and within two weeks had identified the final six: three business process managers and three organisational experts. The Hudson team assisted with salary negotiation and candidate on boarding. The client has since extended the recruiting contract.
